I have not been blogging for the past few days. I did not have the mood to. It's the competition week for me and I more or less messed up my matches. The coach/teacher-in-charge was pissed, everything went wrong. Well, today was the same, just that I did not mess up my match at all. No one did as we were against SP, so it was not tough. My coach, stinks. He has been spoiling my game play, and I think I have to start from scratch again.

He has been brainwashing me to hit harder and play drives. Now I can't even play a single drop properly. It is just disgusting. I hate my drops. Since I am not a hard hitter, he keeps criticising my drives when he wants me to play drives. If I play drops, and miss, he will say I am playing it too risky. So now I don't really know what he wants from me. I used to play a variation of both quite well, but now I just simply SUCK.

"If you are playing against a weaker opponent, you can try out some of your shots."

That is what he said to us as a team. Well today, Melvin played some funny shot ONCE and the coach started scolding him for playing that shot. Well we were against a weaker team and he was against a weaker opponent. I don't see any wrong in playing that shot when you are 5-0 up.

For me, I won conceding one point.

"You are not hitting hard..."

The coach said that to me. I am thinking, if I'm against a weaker opponent and I can easily win by playing the way I'm playing, why should I tire myself up by using all my strength hitting the ball. And what happened to "If you are playing against a weaker opponent, you can try out some of your shots."? He is really confusing. Now he says

"I cannot let you're play funny shots as I am still not sure who to pick for the match against RI."

So I'm like okay...whatever.

What made me MOST pissed off was...

Well I was doing a kind harmless deed to help carry the left over container holding 100plus and ice outside on the grass area. Since there was little space for me to move out, I decided to climb over the bench. When I took the think and climbed over the bench, he said something like

"Aaa, see now can't even carry the container. Hands all shaking all the water drop out. Too heavy for you."

Dude, I was climbling over the bench. There were many bags on the floor. It is not easy to walk you know. It is not easy to place my footing, and he is trying to imply that I am weak. Well this could be because..

1) I am skinny and small in his eyes.
2) I cannot hit hard unlike my other teamate.
3) My voice has not broken so he thinks I'm immature.

Man I don't think helping the team this way is good. I should never help the team if the coach is looking at me. No I don't think I should.

Ahh yes. Mr Tony Anthony is a brilliant speaker and he is just amazing. He went to my church today, to share his testimonial about what happened in his life. The book is named 'Taming the Tiger'. You should get a copy of it yourself. It really shows the depth of how Jesus loves us.

And for those people who are thinking I'm lame, I'm telling you I'm not ashamed of my faith.

I should have given out the flyers but with the competition and stuff, I forgot. It's my fault yea.

My parents won in a lucky draw. And the prize is.....1....packet of milo. The 250ml one. Funny right? They paid $30+ to enter the lucky draw and all they got was this milo that I drank up. Milo's nice, but winning ONE packet of milo is not. I expected at least the 6pac one la. Lol.

Well there is nothing to blog about.

The next match is against ACS(I). In order to get into the finals, we must win. Sorry for the short post.

The taxi driver was driving towards Flora Rd using a different route. It was much more expensive and much slower than yesterday. I compared the 2 journeys on Tuesday and Thursday (today). They shall be named A and B respectively.

Time : A - Roughly 20mins.
B - Roughly 35mins.

Route : A - Gets to PIE as fast as he cans (before lavender)
B - Goes all the way to Paya Lebar, THEN goes to PIE (through a lot of jam)

Cost : A - $12.50
B - $15.60 (without adding peak hour fare)

See the difference? At first I thought he did not know the way to Flora Rd and was just following the MRT tracks. So I was quite pissed, thinking that I would have to pay much more money, and I SMS-ed my mother to standby some money just in case. He is a nice chap though, when about to reach my home.

I thought I was lucky to have $15 to pay up for the fare but he added another $3 for the peak hour fare. I was like wtf. I called my mother down. It was kinda funny. The taxi driver's phone rang and I think it was his wife talking to him about their daughter's/son's spelling mark. I was waiting for the mark. I wanted to hear how much their kid got. But he kept saying "his spelling got how much?" But, my mother came. I went to take a shower as my shirt was very stinky.

Well we lost to HCI. 2-3. It was a good match. But, the line-up totally messed up everything. MESSED. I was useless in the game as I played with someone far better than me. I lost. Well, and I got a little 'light scolding/questioning' for that. One of my players won someone that is better than him. The question is, by how much? The teacher said

"Why is it that Dickson can win someone better than him and you can't? Was it determination? Or what?"

The 'you' is referring to me. I got a little pissed with that. It's like now the teacher blames me for losing. Halfway through when I was telling Melvin about how Josh plays, as he was playing the last match, the deciding match who will win, I was stopped by the coach. And...NEVERMIND.

Blogger's text is driving me nuts.

I just remember what happened yesterday during English. It was funny. The teacher, identified as BJ, was teaching us about Expositions and how to write them well. He was telling us examples of a 'Question start'. I am not quite sure of the exact sentence but it went something like, 'How do you screw a nail?'

BJ "So you can tell the essay is about? *points to Clement*"
Clement "Oh err..screwing."

*laugh*

I mean it sounds a little weird in that sense. It made everyone laugh and stuff. Really. Clement's the class joker. He is freakin' funny.

And today, my Lit teacher, identified as DJ, was teaching us about poems, and ways to understand the metaphors in a poem. The poem was about how the sea was like a giant dog. After getting some people to recite the poem, she asked a question.

DJ "What colour is the dog? *points at a dude*
Dude "Err...grey."

Few other guys also said grey.

The fact was that there was no dog. It was a metaphor. Some dude said the dog was colourless. I'm like wtf? Well, everyone forgot that it was just a metaphor. Since everyone now knows the trick question, when DJ asks eg. How does the dog lie down? The reply would be there is no dog. And clement...

DJ "something-something, what, what is the..."
Clement "There is no dog."

Lol, before DJ could complete the sentence, he answered. He so freakin' funny. It's his voice. Mostly his voice.

I had a competition today against SAS, I will be humble and only say that we won 5-0. We respect their players. I'm trying not to be arrogant by using hyperboles.

It was funny today. But...from the start.

It's after the March holidays, and I have to go back to my normal wake up early routine. I bet you too have to do the same. Well, my mum woke me up at first. I just could not take the sleepiness, thus falling to sleep again. She had to ask me to wake up again. Dang. After I got up, I was feeling so wtf-ing tired. Well, I got changed and yea, do all the morning stuff and went off.

I don't know why but the journey to my school felt so long. Halfway through it started to rain. Fortunately, it was only drizzling very lightly. When I was outside my class, THEN it started to rain. Everyone was frantically asking, was there any History homework? Or, English need do what? Or, when is Chinese oral??

Looks like everyone was slacking during the holidays. Or well, maybe they were gaming too much. When someone got the class keys, we went into the class. The classroom was kinda in a mess, and everyone had to re-arrange the tables nicely. I was quite contented with my space, but I din know one more dude had to fit into the role. Omg now the whole role has to squeeze.

I found out that the tables were also very dusty. It was smoother than usual, so I took at tissue paper and *ZWOOP*, whoa the tissue paper was like black. Not being racist.

My English teacher. He was being all sadistic/sick in a funny way. Yea. I forgot all the jokes, but I know today's fun. It rocked. It really brought back the life to the class...till Chinese lesson came. I was practically dying in that lesson. Since Chinese ain't my 'thang', I was so bored. Then Bio and stuff.

Tomorrow is my competition against SAS. Wtf, we are being over-confident. Should we mess it up? Cares..

Haha Melvin and I were hitting each others veins on our arms. He had more so I just kept whacking. He too whacked me. More info tomorrow.

I have no idea why I suddenly feel breathless. Oh well, the feeling is more or less gone.

The March holidays have been totally burnt because of my CCA squash. My training was on Monday to Thursday, and today, Friday, I had a friendly with SCGS. I won 3 outta 3 and I'm quite pleased with the results. I won the girl I lost to last time, but in my first match, I got really lucky. I could not get my strokes correctly and I could not hit properly. Luckily I was playing with a not so good player. So I won.

The second match, I had little confidence. I did not really play serious as I thought my strokes will mess out my game play. So I just tried to hit straight and stuff. Fortunately I could hit straight and it was fun to have that solid sound. I was actually surprised I could return her freakin high and deadly lob with a deep volley cross to the back, which gave her a little hard time.

My third match was kind of easy, just that I have no idea what happened.

Oh and on the way back, I decided to go eat Yakun Toast for a change since I have not eaten there for a long time. The eggs were as good as ever but the toast were not crispy enough. Maybe they just had a bad day or something, I find the bread not as good as last time. The eggs rocked like whatever. I just slurped it up. If eggs were not cholesterol high, I'd probably feast on 10 plates of them.

Then while I was eating my bread, there was this old lady and a woman. The old lady was like speaking in some dialect that I did not understand. The woman was quite taken aback by her. Judging by facial expression the old lady was telling her something negative eg. someone died. She actually went on her knees for a while and PRETENDED to cry. I have no idea what was wrong with her. She is a downright SCAMMER. The woman I think, got pissed or something and gave her 10bucks. From her crying face, she immediately turned to a 'I'm-very-rush' face, and sped off.

Like omg. I think she is a scammer. But oh well luckily I did not meet up with her when I was on my way home. I still enjoyed the taste of the Kaya. Fun right? No.

It was around 3.00 when I reached home. I had training with my private coach at 4.30. I tried to stay awake. The funny thing is, I'm feeling so awake now. I am supposed to be fast asleep at 9+. Maybe my breathlessness made up for it. I don't know. The training was fun.

And I realised one thing about my school coach who is totally different from my private coach. He has been scamming me of grips! He sells grips at $3. Karakal grips, which were said to be the best, also cost the same price. WTF and he's grips are like AmerPro grips, not very good grips. It gets wet very easily. I'm gonna buy grips from Kallang. They rock. WHOO!

Hey yo!

So much for being optimistic about winning yesterday. I had this stupid blister on my hand. I can't even hold the racket properly. Each shot I make, I feel pain. So I did not go for the match, thus I was walkovered. That guy was lucky, I felt like giving him a hard time. But oh well.

Then yesterday, in the back of the train, there were this bunch of kids age ranging from 5 to below 20. They were sitting down in one circle near the train panels. I have no idea what they were playing but I quickly 'siamed' from them to the next carriage as I did not want to ruin my day because of them. Well I read my usual Tony Anthony book resting on one of the panels. I was so engrossed by it.

Then suddenly this woman wearing SMRT uniform (you know the purple-pink one), stepped into the train. I over-heard someone that there were a bunch of kids making a lot of noise. So I looked at the SMRT woman. She approached the bunch of kids and then er, well I remembered myself saying "Haha, pawned!" in my mind and then continued reading my book. The SMRT woman went off and the noise gradually started.

At the station Tenah Merah, two people complained about a youngster that was playing a fool. Then, 2 SMRT people came in and had walkie-talkies (I don't know how to spell). I was like wtf? How come this train so many problems. First the kids then this youngster. So I whatevered and continued reading till Tampines. Since many people left the train, I sat down on one of the empty seats.

Those bunch of kids were still there. WTF there were 8 of them, making a lot of noise. Such noobs right? I feel like flaming them so...

You kids are like losers for life, born losers, nubs, pathetic !$#@!!@#!@# people.

And today, lol, Melvin, my teammate, and I irritated the squash people like there was no tomorrow. It was so funny. The coach asked us to play 1 game, 5 points. Lol so we rallied with each other. We played drives for drives. One point lasted like 5mins. Everyone was shouting to ask us to hurry up. Lol, then we discussed to play cross-courts to each other. It is so funny, yet fun..

Nevermind.

Whoo! I won my Plate match today. But that's nothing. I am striving to win the plate or at least be the runner up. Tomorrow's match will be tough. Got to fight a bulldozer dude.

-Whoot I got a curry puff. My very nice sister bought it for me-

Anyway, as I was saying, I will give him a taste of his own medicine. That's what I did to my school's ex-no.1 player. He drive, I also drive la. It's where you place the ball, not how hard you hit it. I'm willing to hit it lower, and more accurate.

The bad part is, my hand has a blister. Or HAD a blister. I burst it and now I can't hold my racket properly. It would be sad if I have to exit. This is so...whatever la. Then after our matches, that stupid (noob's name) asked my teammate and I to referee one of the matches cause we were free. So okay, anything, we went to ref. After that match, I gave him the score card thing. I forgot to write my name and the who-beat-who thing, so ya, I wrote it.

The score card stated, 'Marker's signature' and 'Referee's signature'. So I went to sign my name. That useless thing, said

"I asked you to write your name"

So FINE, let him win. I called my friend to write his name as he was the referee. He wrote 'Melvin' as it was his name. You know what that fitch said?

"You no family arh?"

Like can't he say

"Please write your surname down."

What a useless thing. YOU PATHETIC NUB. What is he trying to say? You think we noob, we taupok you.

If I was pissed enough, I would have said

"What if I don't have leh? What you gonna do about it? *glares and walks away*"

That will be a very very wrong move. That would have me disqualified and my name diminished. He ought to be kicked out of his job. Or at least go for an attitude course. He only talks to pro players. All the unknown people like me and Melvin, he will think we are useless lousy people. Oh one last point, that guy, is a noob, a loserforlife, and a BL.

Cya!

I think I'm starting to like reading. Everytime on the way home in the train, I will take out a book from my bag and start reading, whether standing up or sitting down. I find it a real time killer. My station is normally Bugis, so when I alight the train, I will take out a book. After Lavender, which is in the open, I would have probably been so intrigued in my book and just totally forget about everything else.

Next thing I know is that the train is going through a second short tunnel. At that moment I will know the train is heading for Bedok, and I will be like OMG so fast? Whoa! It really kills both time and 2 birds with a stone. Well you get to improve your English, and time seems to pass really fast.

Oh and just the other day, while I was walking to the bustop near my house, heading for school for some S2 Streaming Talk, I met up with something pretty weird. I was walking behind this lady which looked old. She was a Malay. Well, I can't really describe her. She signalled me to walk RIGHT BEHIND her. I don't know why, but I just followed, since I did'nt want trouble. Then I picked up my pace, as my bus had come. That old lady fled and waved her umbrella at the back of herself. Maybe she thought I was chasing her.

C'mon, I do not look threatening at all. I was'nt carrying a racket of anything that I could use as a weapon. All I brought was my bag. Everyone, upon seeing her, looked behind only to find a boy in white uniform. Oh for your info, that boy is me. I was a little 'paiseh'. I did not want people to have a bad impression of me.

Well, then when I reached Bugis MRT station, I stepped out of the train. There was this blind guy that was err..blind and using a..erm that stick to feel where you are. I'm not sure what it's called. He made some noise, like a wail, signalling for some help as he needed to climb the escalator. Then, there was this Eurasian, that helped him. I thought that he was REALLY brave. I mean very few people do that. I felt so embarrassed after seeing him help that blind man. Thumbs up for that dude.

Well, today, I had a competition. But, let me tell you about my record. I have never EVER gotten pass the first round. And if I do, it is only because of a walkover, THEN I get knocked out. It's always the case that I fight someone that is pro, then becomes the winner of the tournament. Well today, likewise.

I played with this guy from ACS(I), he is the top seed of U-13, and well probably the best in my age group. Once again I get knocked out and all my friends advance. I don't know why it's like that. Hopefully there's chance in the plate.

Today is a good day. 'Pangsei-ing' people rocks!

I can consider the training today as one of the worst. It was fun, but extremely tiring. I had Geog remedial, which ended at 2.10. I walked anxiously towards the squash courts, hoping that there will not be any 400m sprints. All my teamates were not there. I knew that this brought me a step closer to the conclusion that we were going to sprint. I went to ask my coach how many rounds they had to run. He asked me to ask my teamates at the track.

K lor. They said 3rounds. I was now freakin' nervous. I knew we were going to have to sprint. I hate sprinting. They make you very very tired. After the 3 rounds, coach arrived. He went straight to the point and said

"1 round 1min 30secs, beyond that time do again."

We all got ready to sprint. At the last 200m, I gave in all I got to get my way to 100m closer to the end point. My stomach was about to burst or something. I just knew it did not feel good at all. I reached the end where my coach was, in 1min 2x secs. I desperately gasped for air. Then he asked us to sprint 100m, winner can go back to the courts, which meant they could rest. Being a slow runner, I did not win. After everything, the coach asked 2 other friends and me to sprint 1round in 2mins.

The 3 of us were like wtf?

"Alamak, battery low. *makes the nokia no battery signal sound*"
"Lol"

===========
2 mins later
===========

"Ready? And go!"

Stupid we were running again. This time when everything ended, I felt like I was going to puke. My stomach was angry. My throat was dry. Well, but that's not all, when all 3 of us reached the courts, we sat down wanting to slack. Then the coach called me in and asked me to do a run-run a lot drill. OMG was my first reaction. I went breathless half-way through. Ya I know my stamina sucks you happy?

We all could'nt play after that. The coach called us in to do a total of 16court sprints, 10push-ups and some jogging on the spot. It was tiring. After everything, we really had our battery low. Sometimes, our connection lost.

Me "Oh man my leg connection lost, attempting to re-establish."
Mick "Lol my battery is seriously flat."

We all joked around in the court. We could not play after that. Our legs were shaky. We could not stand properly and had no heart to run for the ball. When the coach left, we quickly went off too. It was practically all work and no play. What the freak. And my PE shirt was stinky.

Oh well, I forgot all about the funny stuff that happened today. I only know that all posers stink. Like the ones that tuck out their shirts, and aiyah. Who cares.

Now if you would excuse me, I'm going to publish this.

Why do people like to wear torn jeans? I mean faded jeans is nice. But torn jeans? It's not exactly cool. It err...noob. Anyway, it does not make you look funky, so don't wear those type of pants.

I have not been blogging for a while as I was very lazy. Now I can barely remember what happened yesterday and 2 days ago. Oh yesterday, was the 15th day of the Lunar New Year. I did not even know it till my sister's exchange buddy from NanJing talked to me and said some 'cheem' word. I used the chinese dictionary on the computer. It was then I realised what she was saying. She asked if I celebrated that day in Singapore. Being absoulutely oblivious about that day, I said, No. Then she said "Hmm, must be different culture."

Of course everything was in Chinese. I went out to get a drink. There was the steamboat, 'boat' laid outside on the dining table. I was a little buffled. We already had steamboat on CNY eve. Why are we having it again? I asked my mother. She told me it was the 15th day. Oh, so we DO actually celebrate the day. You see, I know nothing about my own culture. Tis' not good.

The food was not as good as the first steamboat. The fish was too fishy, and the prawns did not taste very fresh. It was still fresh, but not as good as the eve. Anyway, the seafood is in my stomach now.

Oh and I just owned my friend in Halo. Haha. Okay, I'm being random.

Today, I realised that I had forgotten to do one of my chinese work. I continued after recess during one guy's lesson. Stupid. I was just about to finish. Just 4 more words, and he confiscated my work. I was wtfing, but remained silent. He took the whole stack of gaozhi. Luckly, after school, one of my classmates, NOT FRIEND, questioned if the gaozhi was mine. I was so heng.

Tomorrow will be a good day I hope. Going to school is actually quite fun. Staying at home is boring. Well, unless you are on the computer gaming.

The tiger is hanging on the wire. It's a toy.

Another friendly match today. SJI against RI, we won 3-2. I do not know what is wrong with the Raffles people. Either they are bias, or they do not know how to ref a match. 2 shots I made, it was clear it was a good shot, but they said it was down. I'm not wtf? You can see the distinct or the red wood thing and the ball. Then, when my opponent is in front of me, and then freaks out and knocks we down, you give me a let. WTF? It is so clear it is a stroke.

Anyway, there was this ref-course today to train or encourage is to be good referees. I can't believe I actually took a train from pasir ris all the way down to choa chu kang to meet my friend. I did not really know how to get to MGS, the place where it was held.

Chocolate is nice. And nice is chocolate. Wait I forgot about today.
